How much does Prostadine shipping cost and how long does it take?
US orders of 3 or 6 bottles ship free in 5 to 7 working days. Orders abroad cost $15.95 and take 10 to 15.
Prostadine shipping depends on where you live and which pack you pick. The vendor's shipping policy sets US delivery at 5 to 7 working days, and delivery to five overseas regions at 10 to 15 working days (Prostadine shipping page).
The table sums up the prices and times printed by the vendor. Neither page states when the clock starts, so ask the desk if you need a date.
| Destination | Cost | Working days |
|---|---|---|
| United States, 3 or 6 bottles | Free | 5 to 7 |
| United States, 2 bottles | $9.99 on the sales page | 5 to 7 |
| Canada | $15.95 | 10 to 15 |
| UK and Ireland | $15.95 | 10 to 15 |
| Australia and New Zealand | $15.95 | 10 to 15 |
| Carrier, customs and duties | Not printed | Not printed |
Working days exclude weekends and holidays. The estimates come from the vendor, not from a courier (Prostadine shipping page).
Free shipping02
Is Prostadine shipping free?
Yes in the US on the 3- and 6-bottle packs. The 2-bottle pack shows $9.99.
Prostadine free shipping applies to US orders of 3 or 6 bottles on the sales page (Prostadine sales page). The 2-bottle pack, sold at $79 a bottle, carries a line reading "+ 9.99 shipping".
The shipping policy, though, says US shipping is free without mentioning pack size (Prostadine shipping page). The two vendor pages disagree. The cart is where the final cost appears, so read it before you pay.
The shipping charge is one reason to look at the larger packs on Prostadine pricing. The 3-bottle pack is $69 a bottle and the 6-bottle pack $49. We print per-bottle prices only, since the vendor shows no pack totals.
International03
Does Prostadine ship to Canada, the UK, Australia and elsewhere?
Yes to five regions: Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Others are not listed.
Prostadine ships outside the US to Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, for $15.95 and 10 to 15 working days (Prostadine shipping page). The policy does not say whether that fee covers one bottle or a whole order. Check your cart.
Countries not on that list are not covered by the vendor's shipping policy. That includes South Africa, India and most of Europe. We know of no authorized seller in those places. Do not buy from an unknown reseller, since look-alike listings exist.
Canada
$15.95 and 10 to 15 working days. Customs rules are not stated by the vendor.
UK and Ireland
Same rate and time. Ask the desk who pays any import charge.
Australia and New Zealand
Same rate and time. Import rules vary, and a liquid may face checks.
Import rules for liquid supplements differ by country, and nothing in the vendor's materials covers them. Check them before you order. Where the product is sold in your country, it may carry a different label.
Tracking04
How do I track my Prostadine order?
Look for the tracking ID in your email within about 60 hours, then check the order lookup.
The vendor's policy says a tracking ID is emailed within about 60 hours of the order (Prostadine shipping page). It names no carrier, so the email is where you find which courier carries the box.
Check your inbox and spam
Search for the order number, or the word "tracking". Confirmation emails sometimes land in a promotions folder.
Use the order lookup
Enter your details at the BuyGoods order lookup. BuyGoods runs the checkout and holds the order record (BuyGoods order lookup).
Wait the full 60 hours
The vendor gives about 60 hours, not an instant, for the ID to appear.
Call the order desk
If nothing arrives, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. The website inbox cannot see orders.
Hours for the desk are not printed. If you leave a message, give your order ID and an email you check.

What should I check when my Prostadine order arrives?
Check the box, the seal and the label against the sales page, and note the delivery date.
The delivery day matters because the 60-day money-back window counts from delivery, per the refund page (Prostadine refund page). Write the date down the day it arrives.
Open the box and look at the bottle. It should be an amber glass dropper bottle with a dark navy label that reads 2 fl oz (60 mL). Read the back panel: we have not seen it, and no Supplement Facts panel appears on the sales page.
- Keep the box, the packing slip and every bottle.
- Compare the label with the ingredient list on the sales page.
- Look for a servings count, the full ingredient list and a lot number.
- Photograph a damaged or leaking bottle at once.
Our lot-checking steps are on how to verify a Prostadine batch. A damaged or wrong item goes to the order desk, not to our website email.
Talk to your doctor before the first dose. Prostadine lists iodine and four seaweeds, and the amounts are not printed.
Delays06
What if my Prostadine order is late?
Wait out the printed window, then call the order desk with your order ID.
A late Prostadine order is one that passes the printed window: 7 working days in the US, 15 abroad (Prostadine shipping page). Weekends and holidays do not count, so count carefully before you call.
The order desk handles lost, late and damaged parcels at +1 (302) 200-3480. Ask for the tracking ID, the carrier and the last scan. If the box is lost, ask for a replacement or a refund in writing.
The refund page counts the 60 days from delivery, so a late package leaves you more time, not less (Prostadine refund page). Details are on the Prostadine refund policy.
Address changes are easiest before the order ships. Call the desk right away, and give the order ID and the new address. Once a parcel is moving, the desk may not be able to change it. More on Prostadine customer service.
